In Praise of Button Mushroom –
This concepts explores the addition of white button mushrooms in our dishes. White Button Mushroom has placed an importance in our daily cooking and lifestyle. It not only enhance flavours in our dishes, it has great health benefits.


The White Button was born in 2017 when our Director and Chef decided to extend his culinary expertise, already having over 15 years of experience in the industry. His love for, and pursuit of, culinary arts was endeavored when he attained a degree in Commercial Cookery in Melbourne, Australia.

He continued to ensue his passion working as a banquet chef in world-renowned Crown Casino Australia in Melbourne for 4 years before returning to Singapore.

In the spirit of enterprise and ardor, The White Button was actualized.
